Daniel A. Gregory

He is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Florida. He was formerly a partner in the Naples, Florida law firm of Asbell, Hains, Doyle & Pickworth, where he worked for ten plus years until moving to Durango in March of 1994. At that point, he opened the office which has grown to the present firm. His practice generally involves claims and issues arising from projects in Telluride, Durango, Vail, and other western slope communities. 

His 30+ years of experience has focused on all aspects of construction law, including but not limited to, defect and delay litigation on a variety of projects including large luxury homes, condominium and real estate communities, and municipal projects, where he has represented owners, contractors, design professionals, owner associations, and their insurers. His construction practice also includes extensive experience in   mechanics’ lien work and the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts.

In addition to his construction law practice, Mr. Gregory also has extensive experience in representing associations and individuals in complex, multi-party civil litigation involving real estate and business partnerships, and in counseling property owners and enforcing their rights in eminent domain proceedings. Mr. Gregory has been the featured speaker on construction and eminent domain topics for the Florida Bar, the National Home Builders’ Association, Lorman Education Services, and several regional bar and builder associations.

Kenneth S. Golden

Golden graduated from the George Washington University National Law Center in Washington, D.C. in 1990. He has obtained licenses to practice law in Colorado, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Mr. Golden started practice in Maryland, working with the Montgomery County firm of Bromberg, Rosenthal & Siegel.  His practice initially focused on general civil law litigation matters in the Washington, D.C. and Maryland area. 

He moved to Durango, Colorado in January 1998 and began working with Mr. Gregory in April 2000. Mr. Golden has extensive litigation experience and has handled matters primarily throughout the Western Slope of Colorado, and also in Mesa, Eagle and Pitkin Counties and the Denver area. His practice in Colorado has focused upon civil litigation and contract work in the areas of construction law, contracts, real estate, covenant enforcement, business relationships, and foreclosure.

Christina A. Landeryou

Landeryou, Contract Law Attorney - Gregory Golden & Landeryou, LLCChristina Landeryou graduated from the University of Michigan in 1988 and Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1992. Ms. Landeryou obtained licenses in Tennessee and Colorado. She clerked with the United States Department of Justice from 1992 – 1993 and began her practice in 1993 as an associate at the law firm of Stokes & Bartholomew in Tennessee focusing on municipal bond work and intellectual property.

Ms. Landeryou moved to Durango in 1997 where her practice consisted of general civil transactional matters. She joined Mr. Gregory and Mr. Golden in 2004, and now specializes in real estate and business matters, including, but not limited to, real estate development, business entity formation, purchase and sale of businesses and real estate, and the creation and formation of homeowners’ associations and homeowners’ governing documents.
